Right of return
In distance selling, the consumer customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal free of charge, which also applies to flawless products. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened cosmetic product packaging (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). Online store customers have a 14-day right of return for unopened and untried products. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the product.
The customer must check the condition of the order and the ordered products immediately after receiving the order or at the latest within 7 days of receiving the order. Return the defective or incorrect product according to the return instructions.

Products damaged in transit
If you notice after receiving your order that the product has been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds resulting from customer returns will primarily be made to the payment method used to originally pay for the order.
The refund will be made within 14 days of us registering the customer return as received.
We will notify you of customer returns we have received by email and/or text message. If you have not received a confirmation within 14 days of sending your return, please contact our customer service.
